The opening speech was delivered by TAYSAD President Yakup Birinci, who, in his presentation, highlighted the sector’s current situation, competitiveness topics, and key priorities for the upcoming period. Yakup Birinci stated, “Increasing global competition and accelerating transformation make efficiency and collaboration more critical than ever in the automotive supply industry.”
As part of the program, the results of the TAYSAD Competitiveness Survey were presented by Cem Çamlı, Partner at EY-Parthenon Türkiye. During a panel session with EY representatives, competitiveness and transformation topics were discussed, moderated by Kağan Karamanoğlu, EY-Parthenon Türkiye Leader, with panelists Yakup Birinci (TAYSAD President), Arda Karaçelebi (EY Turkey Automotive Leader), and Sercan Bahadır (EY Turkey Tax Department Partner).
The meeting continued with macroeconomic evaluations by Hakan Güldağ, Chairman of the Board of NBE Ekonomim Newspaper, and concluded with a networking session and a group photo with newly joined TAYSAD members.
The TAYSAD General Member Meeting provided a comprehensive platform to examine the automotive supply industry’s transformation dynamics and strategic priorities.
