TAYSAD held its first Supplier Day event of 2026, hosted by FNSS Defense Systems, one of the key players contributing to the strong momentum Türkiye’s defense industry has gained in recent years.

The program began with opening remarks by Atacan Güner, Member of the TAYSAD Board of Directors, and Selim Baybaş, CEO and Board Member of FNSS. During the event, comprehensive information was shared regarding FNSS’s current and future product portfolio, supply chain approach, and expectations from suppliers. The speakers emphasized the importance of sustainable supply structures and the contribution of long-term collaborations to sectoral development.

As part of the event, participants had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into FNSS’s production infrastructure and processes through a site visit. Throughout the day, productive engagements were established between TAYSAD member companies and FNSS representatives during one-on-one business meetings, where mutual expectations were discussed and potential new areas of cooperation were evaluated.

The program contributed to strengthening synergy between the automotive and defense industry ecosystems and once again highlighted the importance of knowledge and experience sharing across different sectors.
